Here is what Dan had to say about the win:

Wow, I'm blown away right now! There were so many incredible images this month, and so much talent in this group of photographers that I was somewhat speechless when I learned that my photo was chosen as the winner this month.

This was a listing on six acres that is up in the hills of Southern California and sits above the ocean, with amazing views. This particular shot was taken from the guest house, which has the best view on the property, with an infinity pool that leads down into a valley and eventually to the ocean. The agent wanted to shoot earlier in the day but I recommended that late afternoon would be the ideal time to showcase this property and I knew we'd be getting some beautiful clouds with all the heat and humidity we had been receiving at that time. I did my best to not get too heavy-handed with the editing, as this is one raw image processed entirely in Lightroom.

Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to present my photo here and for all that this site does for us real estate photographers!
