Here are Luke's comments:

My win is very unexpected! The quality of the videos in the top 10 is always improving and provides great inspiration. This property definitely doesn't have the impact of some of the properties in Hawaii or LA that I have seen in the list. It did however have exquisite attention to detail and the designers made great use of the natural light, something that I always look to work with in a property. I have been entering the photo contest on and off for years but this was the first foray in to videos, which is why it was kept quite simple with no voice overs, drones or gimbal shots! Equipment used was mainly the PB slider, 5Dmk3 and a bunch of 2.8 lenses, with lots of manual pull focus. I also would like to credit Pedro Alves who was involved throughout the process.

Update 5/16: It's come to light that as is frequently the case with video there were more players than just Luke Philips involved in the making of this video. Pedro Alves was also involved in shooting this video. Both Luke and Pedro were doing the shoot for Dowling Jones Design of London.
