Here is what Austin had to say about his image:

I'm so grateful for this community, It has pushed me to be a better photographer and has given me the skills to get there. This image is of one of the most incredible homes I have had a chance to photograph. I felt a straight-on, one-point perspective was the obvious choice for this shot because of the flat, straight lines of the architecture. I already had a couple of wider shots of the exterior so I felt like I could shoot this image a bit tighter. I photographed it at 35mm With my Tamron 28-75mm lens on my Sony A7iii. This is all ambient light and about 3 different exposures blended together using luminosity masks. I tried to use a soft hand on the editing to keep it feeling natural. I felt that leaving the interior a bit dark and the highlights a bit brighter helped keep that natural feel.
