  1. This is nice. The crop along the top and bottom feels a little tight to me. Would love to see a few more inches of table/chair legs, as well as a touch more ceiling. I really like the light hitting that big plant.

  2. Things I like: (1) The removal of the end chair facing the camera, opening up the scene. (2) The positioning of that plate-thing in front of the flowers. (3) The pop of color from the flowers in this relatively monochrome palatte. (4) The reliance on natural light and shadows, creating a very soothing mood. (5) The treatment of the window. You know there is a tree out there, but it doesn't distract from the interior. Things I'm not crazy about: (1) The tight crops on the top and bottom. A little room on the bottom helps the chairs breathe, and with the detail in the ceiling, a little more info would be helpful. (2) I know it's for "real estate", and some might not fuss with this, but minimally for the purposes of the contest, a quick cloning job of the switches and sockets (especially the almond/ivory ones in the dining room - they're the wrong color for this room!) and that sticker in the lower left corner of the window would go a long way to adding elegance to the shot with relatively little effort.
