Here's what Alex has to say:

Thank you for the award of Photographer of the Month for March 2024! I'm sorry if I missed the first email that was sent out.

The photograph was taken in Manchester VT for an interior design client who had completely remodeled the entire room. I wanted to showcase the accordion window that opened up to the garden. 

My gear was a Canon 7D mark II with a 10-22mm. I bracketed the scene by 2 stops and used a Neewer strobe to fill shadows and flambient the window. 

Post process was done in Lightroom (HDR merge) and Photoshop. blending of layers.

It was a fun shoot.
