This is a good idea... but I feel like the main subject is the dock in the middle of photo and its the smallest and farthest item in the photo... zoom in and show a lot less of the flowers in foreground... use them to just hold the frame without overpowering... also a little more variance on DOP would help move the eye towards the dock as well... foreground doesn't have to be super sharp and clean ... little vignette might help as well but I really feel like shooting with a longer focal length would change the story and communicate more to the viewer
