  1. Wow, another amazing looking home in a ridiculous setting. I like most things about this image apart from the composition. It seems to me like a better image could have been had by moving over to the right and zooming in. Getting a bit higher would have been even better but maybe that wasn't possible. I think by moving to the right the photographer could have zoomed in and eliminated that foreground (which is a waste of photo frame for me), brought the ocean more into view and lessened the amount of the blue part of the sky (assuming it's not a sky replacement). I think the blue in the sky is too vivid/saturated, while the pink/orange portion is glorious. Of course the neighbouring properties would be more prominent but I think this shot should be all about the location, so I wouldn't be too bothered if the featured house ended up on the edge of the frame.

  2. Agree with a lot of what Matt said. Like a few other images this month, there is an abundance of foreground that really doesn't add anything to the shot. Love the exposure and warmth on the home's exterior lights. This one passes the smell test for me, as I can distinctly smell the salt air. Less road/crosswalk/path, more of what's in the upper half of the shot.
