  1. This looks like a lovely location. Is the subject house the one on the right with the red bricks? The inclusion of the boat was a great choice, I think. It’s taking up more space in the frame than the house, though, and I don’t think we need to see all of it. Even if only a small portion of the boat were included, it would still contribute to the seaside atmosphere here. So would love to see this zoomed-in several millimetres, to bring the houses in closer and to help the eye get past the boat. Also wondering if this is a sky replacement? The greyish clouds are nice, but would prefer to see the blue desaturated somewhat. I think a less-blue sky would feel more consistent with the mood and the light in the rest of the scene.

  2. Yeah, lovely location and great choice for trying to include the surrounding location with the home... love the boat ... I think using a tighter lens would be very helpful to communicate the foreground and actual listing property... Im leaning toward the white updated home to left of the red brick home... but I could be wrong... also possibly shooting a little lower to hide all the cars would be doable since there's more subject matter in the lower frame to add interest... I don't think its necessary to see all of the home from this angle... also agree with julie that the treatment overall could be softened and a bit more pop to the highlights and shadows would help it pop... the clouds have so much detail that they are distracting to me and the overall detail and sharpening adds to a very crunchy feel...
