Wow I'm totally speechless and honoured to win such a prestigious contest...thank you very much!The photo is of a property in Bournemouth (on the south coast of the England), I had checked The Photographers Ephemeris and thankfully the direction of the light and the Weather Forecast were both favourable in the afternoon.
The photo itself is a single RAW image taken on an old Canon 600D using Aperture Priority Mode (f9, 19mm, 1/1250, ISO 400.). The camera was mounted on a 40ft elevated pole and a remote viewfinder/trigger was used to take the photo.
A little post production was undertaken in Camera RAW and the finishing touches in Photoshop.
