Nice clean one point. I might have centered coffee table a little more and moved the blue patterend chair from the double doors to the patio. Stools in front could be straightened a tiny bit. The lighting is nice though and you have good exposure in the back room. That painting above fireplace throws me off a bit with the style of staging, but not on you at all.
