This Week In Real Estate Video #60 - The Rogue House

Published: 01/06/2013
By: larry

Malia Campbell's video of The Rogue House in Issaquah Highlands (Seattle suburb) caught my eye this week because it is in one of my favorite neighborhoods in the Issaquah area. It's great to see builders building green homes in Issaquah Highlands. Great job Malia! You can see from Malia's YouTube channel that quality real estate video is in big demand in the Seattle area these days.

Terry Burger in Atlanta sent me this Home seller video that he was working on last week. It is hard to beat enthusiastic home owners taking about their home they love so much, "they want to take it with them"!

Shane Butler in Calgary sent me his 62 Posthill Drive video for some feedback. Feel free to give Shane some feedback.

Last but not least here is a new hill top horse property listing that Connie Barnes has near El Dorado Hills, CA. I love the dramatic style that Connie's husband Jim has for shooting video.

  1. Thanks, Larry! That was such an amazing project to shoot! You wouldn't believe how real estate video has taken off in the Seattle market. Everyone wants it all of a sudden. It's fantastic!

  2. It helps to have an amazing home but Malia's video is the perfect blend of captivating video and strong story telling. The added value the builder brings is extremely beneficial. This type of detail is the extra information buyers are looking for. This one is rocks for me.

  3. Shane...very well done. Was a bit confused with the opening scene, putting the "Just Listed" sign out, then driving into the garage, then exiting on a mountain bike. Great showing of lifestyle...but is it your home? Only YouTube suggestion is expand the title with searchable keywords, like home for sale, city, etc rather than just the property number and street.
