See, here's what happens when you win the PFRE photographer of the month. You get requests for public appearances, interviews and you immediately get treated like a rock star!

Seriously, I've been both amazed and pleased that Dave Rezendes, 2011 PFRE photographer of the year, and Scott DuBose, last months PFRE photographer of the month are getting great media coverage. Dave got excellent coverage here and Scott was recently featured on

The PFRE photographer of the month contest has recently been changed to a juried competition and that is juried by some of the best real estate and interior photographers in the world. This month (February 2012) there are a record number of entrants (35) very high quality interior images. See the PFRE photographer of the month contest page for more details.

The primary purpose of this monthly voting is to give recognition to outstanding real estate and interior photographers. Since this competition is now juried winning is peer recognition and means that you were chosen by some of the best photographers in the business.

Thanks for everyones participation in making this competition work! And congratulations Scott for the  great media coverage.
