Going On Vacation This Next Week

Published: 21/07/2008

I'm going to a family reunion next week in Southern Oregon near Mt Shasta. I'm not sure what kind of Internet connections I'll find. I think I'll be able to answer e-mail most every day since Google maps says there are internet cafe's in the area but not sure how much I'll be posting. I all depends on how intense the activities are. This is a pretty wild and crazy group. Last year they signed me up for a river raft trip that included a class 4 rapids. I can hardly wait to see what's on the schedule this year! This next week is our window of summer here in the Northwest. Statistically it's the only time of the year you can count on sunshine... It's sure to start raining again the first week in August.

  1. I now at the base of Mt Shasta after a 6 Hr drive and the place we are staying has wireless... very convenient.

David- Yes I expect some photo ops. I'll be doing a video blog for the part of the family that lives in NZ and can't be here so yes you won't have to wait til I get home.

  2. Larry, take few days off!!!! Wireless is a bad convenience if you are in vacation. Relax and have a good time!
