Checkout the Contestants For The March Kitchen Competition in The PFRE Photographer of The Month Pool

Published: 16/03/2012

The March PFRE Photographer of the month is now closed for anymore entrants and the jury start their deliberations soon. There are 21 pretty amazing entries. To check them out click here or on the photo to the right.

My plan is to have a winner picked with in 7 days or sooner and then post the points, juror comments and names of the entrants for the last week of the month.

The voting process works as follows:

  1. Each juror has 10 points to cast in the voting.
  2. Some jurors prefer to cast all points on one entry while others prefer to vote for more than one entry. Jurors can use their 10 points to vote for up to 3 entrants splitting their points (votes) up any way they like.
  3. If there is a tie I will cast 10 points to break the tie.
  4. I ask jurors to anonymously make comments on one of more of the entries explaining why they voted for that entry.

As I pointed out last month anyone can make comments on any of the photos.

  1. Larry, per you suggestion, I reviewed the photos and commented on the two I liked best. As you stated, you still want PFRE members to still have a voice on the images they liked even though they no longer have a vote. Judges, you have a few really well composed and well processed images in this group. Good luck!
