  • I had the pleasure of shooting this space for Ryan. I’ve shot the building several times over the past few years. Personally, I can’t see spending that much money without any outdoor space. This photog like a hot tub and bbq. It’s a nice building that is getting some very tall neighbors on either side which is hurting views and cashe. The billionaires row folk change apts and buildings like fashion.

  • Well. They are either brilliant in knowing what their target market likes or are so in love with themselves they make the video all about themselves. Personally, when I buy property and look at it for the first time on the internet, I want to see the apartment and have the time to digest it especially if I had and were prepared to spend $28+ mill USD.

So while there are some interesting things taking place, for me its a real turn off.

  • I wouldn’t pay 28.50 CENTS to live in NY. (but that’s me)

  • After living in nyc all my adult life, I’d be willing to leave for 28.50

  • @Rich – Thanks for your comments! When I posted this I had no idea that it was shot by a PFRE reader. I posted it because I found it interesting and somewhat entertaining. I think the guys narrating are light and entertaining enough so they don’t distract from the property.

My question for Rich is what do you these days in NYC to get aerial footage like is in this video? It must be large chopper footage because as I understand it you can’t get approval to fly a drone for this kind of thing.

  • Let me clarify – I did not shot this video. I shot the apt. Only stills. I only shoot stills.
