  • I think that Dan has really developed a wonderful way of combining story telling with his videos. Sure the Spider and the Fly is a wonderful production, but lets be practical, not many will have the budget for that. I find the videos with just a nice music track are missing an important element that video allows and that is the story. This is an additional creative element that will separate the leaders from the rest of the pack. You may have to find a good voice talent to do the voice overs or employ the realtor so that their voice is associated with the property. Also a caution with a music track is you could select music that turns off a buyer.

I’m still just learning so I am not an expert, but these are my observations.

  • Dan Achatz has created a unique approach to video that’s amazingly effective and extremely valuable. Certainly a level of professionalism that others should look up to. But topping that voiceover might not ever happen. A wonderful talent.

The Spider and the Fly is just brilliant. And given the cost of the home, I’d imagine the marketing budget is extensive and I feel this video is money well spent. Come on . . . it’s Malibu, California.

Great video Larry – thanks again for the inspiration.

  • I don’t get to see so much videos on blogs explaining real estate. This is great, its like interacting with a potential client. I will be looking forward for more of your posts! Thanks =)
