Vertical walls: One of the biggest problems we see with real estate photography is the problem of “converging verticals”. This tutorial describes how to prevent converging verticals while shooting and to fix the converging vertical problem in post processing. Download the PDF here.
Straight walls: Another less prevalent problem real estate shooters encounter is barrel distortion in wide-angle lenses. Barrel distortion makes long vertical lines near the edge of the photo frame look curved. All wide-angle zoom lens have some degree of barrel distortion.
