Wow! The competition was stiff this month. I'm very excited! I've been entering this contest for a long time now and I have to say, the input I get from everyone here has pushed me so much to get where I am today. I'm very grateful for this community and I look forward to continuing to contribute and be a part of it. Thank you all!

  1. Congrats Gary, the comp is getting fierce. I put in the best pic I could and I'm happy with 2nd and it's only driving me further to push harder. Keep up the good work.

  2. Congratulations on your first POTM win, Gary! Can't believe you haven't won one (or several) of these before. Killer shot and a well-deserved win! We're on to Master Bedrooms...

  3. Congrats Gary! Well deserved win, you've been close for a while!

Am I the only one who wants to know the photographic process on this photo?

  4. By far the strongest collection of photos I've seen in this contest. Congratulations to Gary, but there are also a LOT of very, very good photographs in this month's group. Well done, everyone.

  5. Agree with Scott. Amazing set of captures! Maybe it is just me, but I could see any number of these as winning.

Would love to see what the comments were from the judges as to what influenced them. As it is now, it is just a numbers game

  6. Congratulations, Gary! Very well deserved. I'm with Caleb - I'd love to know how you created this image!

PS - It feels weird to spell my name without the "E" in it, even though the "E" itself is what's weird...
