  • Yes, this would probably help me and I wish I could but it’s $449 more than I can afford. I think I’m done done with RE photography even though of all the kinds of photography I’ve done in the past 52 years, photographing houses was by far the most enjoyable. Dealing with cheap brokers and agents (no mater how successful they were) who refuse to pay no more than $50 or so were no fun to deal with.

  • Looks like good material. @Jerry you are right realtors can be cheap especially when they spend on marketing but the good ones know the value. Target the successful good realtors in your market.

  • MVL – Thanks for your reply. I’ve been to all the top realtors in my area and when it comes to money there isn’t a dimes worth of difference, they are all cheap. I’ve only found one out of the hundreds I’ve contacted who does care. At most she has about ten to twelve houses a year and pays three times as much as any of the 50 top will pay to photograph a house. Usually, she will sell a house in one to three weeks. The last four I photographed for her sold in less than one week. She says the quality photos I give her helps to get people in so she can sell them. 99% of the other realtors use some form of run n gun snappers. She has talked with other agents in her office about my photos. They look at them and they cannot see any difference between what I produce and what all the snappers do. The only thing they can see is how much it costs and that is all they care about!
