Pfretour.com Real Estate Tour Hosting Site Officially Launches

March 22nd, 2010

Today (3/22/2010) pfretour.com is officially moving out of beta testing status. Since my last pfretour.com status post  on 3/4 we’ve added two important features:

  1. Tour statistics: Each pfretour now as a statistics page that shows total tour views by week and a list of referring websites. If your tour is pfretour.com/1 your statistics page is pfretour.com/stats/1.
  2. Photographer portfolio page: Each pfretour.com user (photographer) now has a portfolio page that shows all the tours they have on pfretour.com.

The pfretour.com developers are still working on the following features that they hope to have implemented in the next few weeks:

  1. More music choices.
  2. An agent portfolio page similar to the photographer portfolio page.
  3. Allow pfretours to be embedded.
  4. Allow pfretour creators to control slide transition and display times.

If you have suggestions for improvements to pfretour.com tour please use the pfretour google.com/moderator page to suggest or vote on extensions and improvements to pfretours.

A reminder: as of Monday 3/22 prices will increase as follows:

  1. 1 tour $10
  2. 10 tours $90
  3. 20 tours $160

Alvaro Colindres, a Coldwell Banker listing agent and photographer in Baja, Mexico reports that pfretour.com is working for him in getting buyers to come look at his listings in Baja. Alvaro says, “By the way the beach front property tour (see above) prompting two clients who were sitting on the fence. One client flew down from LA to spend a few days on the property and the other is still here and sorting out detis. No offers yet, but the tour motivated the clients to action“.

  • I think having more music choices is a great feature to have. Looking forward to seeing that.
I think that having a platform that allows users to easily view photos on their mobile devices is crucial today, as customers are spending more time researching and looking out for real estate options while on the go! I would recommend pfretour.com to any real estate professional out there.

  • @PrudentialWest- Thanks for your input. Be sure to vote on this feature at http://www.google.com/moderator/#16/e=46ba we are using the results of everyone’s voting to decide where to spend out development resources.

  • Being able to offer yet another way for agents to show off their listings is a great benefit to those in the industry.
