New Workshop: How to Shoot Virtual Tours Like a Pro

August 7th, 2009

Michael Asgian, a Real Estate/Architectural and Commercial Photographer working in Southern California, just announced that he will be giving the first of a series of workshop designed to teach you how to shoot virtual tours (360 panoramic tours) like a Pro. This first workshop will be at Vantage Pointe in San Diego, CA. See the workshop website for all the details and to register.

As an expert in this area and long time virtual tour provider, Michael will be talking about in’s and out’s you probably won’t hear anywhere else. He’s going to cover, gear, software, marketing and promotion. In addition, every workshop participant will shoot and process their own 360 virtual tour under Michael’s guidance.

  • So where is a link to an example of his best tour?

  • Maybe 5, 10 years ago this would bring attention…these days – a workshop? all you need is a tripod, rotator, camera and stitching software – sometimes you need to create a lens file. I would love to see some examples of those “pro” vtours and how much is that workshop?

  • In the about Michael page… are a few. I also added them to the Landing page for ease. Thanks for asking this,

    Larry, thanks a lot for the plug!

  • @Tom – yup, and all you need for a good RE still image is a wide angle lens & a tripod, right? 😉

    @Michael, hope it goes well!

  • DUE TO INCREASED INTEREST IN REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY ALONG WITH THE CREATION OF VIRTUAL TOURS, THE SAN DIEGO SEMINAR WILL BE UPGRADED WITH ELEMENTS OF REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY BUSINESS. THIS UPGRADE IS DONE WITH THE APPROVAL OF ALL THE ALREADY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS.

    Meanwhile, the Atlanta Edition is open for registration. Check out the website.
