Spend An Evening With Julius Shulman

Visual Acoustics: The Modernism of Julius Shulman will be screened at the 2009 Palm Springs International Film Festival on the following dates:
- January 10 – Annenberg Theater at the Palm Springs Art Museum 4:00 PM
- January 12 – Annenberg Theater at the Palm Springs Art Mueeum 9:00 AM

In addition, the California Preservation Foundation is presenting an “Evening with Julius Shulman at the Kaufmann House” which will take place on January 10th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 PM following the 4:00 PM screening. Shulman will be personally attending the Jan 10 screening and the reception afterward.
So, if you are close to Palm Springs this sounds like a great opportunity to meet Julius Shulman.

A pity I will miss this evening with such a legendary artist. A toast to him for bringing us a long ago much tender and romantic Los Angeles.
