I also received a 1 month subscription from Adobe as a gift for registering CS3. I was so impressed with the bite sized videos I crammed as much training into my free month as I possibly could. I plan on subscribing when time permits. You can also view a considerable number of the basic training videos in each category without a subscription.

Yes - I use it regularly. I try to watch one a day in between things. It is relaxing as well as informative.

Lynda.com is really good stuff. We had a subscription for a while. I may do it again. Right now I am doing the Kelby Training subscription http://www.kelbytraining.com They have some great tutorials, especially on photography itself, in addition to Photoshop, Lightroom and everything else Adobe.

Larry, This is the best bargain for education in the world. I have been a subsciber for years and it is worth every penny. You can learn photoshop and lightroom at your convenience. Dreamweaver tutorials are also excellent.

I second that. I've been using lynda.com for a long time. The only time I have ever had a problem with it was when my wife got the credit card statement and saw a charge from this dubious "lynda.com". But after some splanin' all was well.

I highly recommend lynda.com for any interested in learning a new software. It just like taking a course, except you can press pause to stop the teacher.
