The homeowner got 2 offers 2 days after the open house. The open house was the weekend after staging and listing/featuring the house with the PAP photo. It is now "Pending". She (the homeowner) is really happy. We'd like to think staging/photos had something to do with it. It was on the market for about one year. PS. I have been working with a staging firm for about 5 months now, and our relationship grows stronger with each shoot. Our arrangement is that we provide our services to the stager for a price about 70% higher than our normal price, and they in turn promote their services to Realtors as staging AND professional photos. The agents feel like they're getting a great deal (which they are), the stagers are getting more work than ever before, and I get to shoot tons of incredible homes. The really great part for me is that I always shoot for the same client, so I know what they're looking for - no surprises or reshoots. I also work with a marketing firm that does advertising programs for upscale condos and apartments. This is another great opportunity that I think gets overlooked. This is great advice.
