I'm pretty specialized in challenging (the term is sweet) homes. One I was satisfied was the "<a href="http://photographyforrealestate.net/ 2006/05/18/any-furniture-is-better-than-an-empty-room/#comments">Any furniture is better than an empty room</a>" flat, which we sold partly in direct relation with the shot. There was perhaps 4 to 5 competitive sellers on this one, and I believe strongly that good photography give us an edge. Great Story!
